A Charming Newcomer, November 20, 2005
Carol Sherlin's new CD is a delight. She offers refreshing new takes on some great oldies, and she sings with honesty and style--not to mention her lovely voice. She and Michel Legrand were made for each other. My favorites: "Summer Me, Winter Me," "I Was Born in Love With You," and Sondheim's "I Remember." And the arrangements are great.

She shines as she sings all of our old favorites. Her voice is that of a song bird, it's amazing! Would definitely recommend this CD. Can't wait until her next one.
